Covid-19 Information

YOUR APPOINTMENT:

IN-PERSON APPOINTMENTS: Some appointments must be in person. You will be required to come to the office for wellness exams, lab work, and other issues that may not be able to be resolved via telehealth.

TELEHEALTH: Some appointments will be conducted via telehealth unless otherwise advised by your provider. These may include but are not limited to acute visits, lab reviews, and other care management follow-ups.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT: Call us prior to your appointment if you are symptomatic or have been exposed to anyone that you know is symptomatic or positive with COVID.

UPON YOUR ARRIVAL: Do not come inside. DO call us to let us know you are here and wear your face covering. Please be patient. It may be a few minutes before a staff member will be able to come take your temperature and ask you screening questions. Once complete, you will be brought inside for your visit. Face coverings are required at all times within the office. We are following strict safety protocols to include limiting the number of patients in the office at one time and any potential exposures. Thank you for your patience and cooperation.


PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT:

Consistent with U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance, Brunswick Family Medicine will require all individuals who visit the office to wear a cloth face covering. Visitors and patients who arrive for their appointment without a cloth face covering or mask will be provided with one. If masks are refused, a patient visit will be converted to a telehealth appointment if possible. If not, the appointment will need to be rescheduled.

While Brunswick Family Medicine does not offer vaccinations to our patients, we strongly encourage you to prioritize the COVID vaccine above others! Below are some resources for you to secure Your Spot for Your Shot.

Need support?
For additional COVID-19 Vaccine Information a Call Center has been opened.  Call 888-675-4567 and a trained agents will help determine your eligibility and find you a vaccine location - Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. until 7 p.m., and on Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. until 4 p.m..
