PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT:
Consistent with U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance, Brunswick Family Medicine will require all individuals who visit the office to wear a cloth face covering. Visitors and patients who arrive for their appointment without a cloth face covering or mask will be provided with one. If masks are refused, a patient visit will be converted to a telehealth appointment if possible. If not, the appointment will need to be rescheduled.

OFFICE EMAIL UPDATES: (Feburary 2021)
IMPORTANT COVID VACCINATION UPDATE: PRIORITIZE THE COVID VACCINE!
IF YOU HAVE AN APPOINTMENT FOR YOUR VACCINATION: If you are eligible and you have secured an appointment to be vaccinated, it is imperative that you do not receive any other vaccinations within 2 weeks of your appointment. This includes, but is not limited to, vaccines like the flu shot or shingles vaccination. You will not be allowed to receive your COVID vaccine if you have received any other vaccination in the two weeks prior to your appointment. Due to extremely limited supply and very high demand, we strongly encourage you to prioritize the COVID vaccine and wait the appropriate amount of time to schedule and receive other vaccinations.
BFM DOES NOT HAVE COVID VACCINE.
BFM is taking all necessary steps to be able to administer the vaccine. We will strictly adhere to the prioritization guidelines. When BFM is fully enrolled, able to administer the vaccine and we receive the vaccine within our office, patients of both Dr. Suchecki and Mrs. Cass will receive vaccines only when they are eligible. Once we are fully enrolled in the COVID vaccination database and have the vaccine in our office, we will notify all eligible patients. Vaccine supply is extremely limited. We encourage you to seek appointments through your local health department and regional hospitals.
IF YOU ARE ELIGIBLE NOW: Sign up for MyChart in order to obtain an appointment to be vaccinated. In Brunswick County, click here MyChart. In New Hanover County, click here MyChart. Do not delay. We are not able to provide technical support for MyChart and are unable to make appointments on your behalf.
We have received a substantial influx of calls from you inquiring about the vaccine. While we appreciate your calls, we are unable to assist you until we are able to administer through the practice. If you have called and have not received a call back regarding the vaccine, we apologize. Thank you for your patience.
